Rachelle Millar - Learning Designer

As an experienced sales person, buyer, manager and business leader, Rachelle brings to life theoretical models of good practice through story telling, creative visualisation, behavioural examples and skills practice to create an energetic, paradigm shifting learning experience.

Rachelle moved into training and coaching after 12 successful years in sales, marketing and management in the retail, fashion, health, hospitality and IT industries.

As recognition of her success in the strategic leadership and management of well-known brands like Moontide and Untouched World, she was invited to judge the

Auckland Top Shop awards for 3 consecutive years. Consulting with retailers at a strategic level, looking at the whole retail mix to grow categories, refresh sales figures and achieve retailers’ visions has since become a key part of Rachelle’s consultancy work.

As a trained counsellor; Rachelle specialises in systemic, institutional and behavioural change. Her belief and vision to make a difference in the wider community is illustrated through the volunteer work she does within Youthline and other outreach programs to help young people increase their life and leadership skills.

From 2002 Rachelle has been contracted to facilitate and design programs for training brands such as: Champagne Consultants, PEP or IBT and David Forman, with a particular interest in increasing the performance and emotional intelligence of people in; leadership, organisational change, sales, consulting, marketing, negotiation, relationship management, key account management, retailing, buying and category management.

Rachelle delights in the creative aspect of learning and has a passion for designing bespoke programs in leadership and management; with a transformational vision that inspires the required learning culture to succeed in today’s modern flat organisations.
